Mobile Powerhouse to Celebrate Success of Blockbuster RPG Game with Full Worldwide Release

Netmarble US, Inc., the newly formed North American gaming branch of the leading South Korean mobile game publisher, Netmarble Games Corp. (“Netmarble”), today announced the recently released Hack and Slash RPG hit, known as Raven in Korea, will launch globally later this year. In Korea, the recently released game shot to the #1 top grossing slot on both the iTunes App Store and the Google Play Market faster than any previous game. With three years of development to hone its high quality graphics and deep amount of action-packed content, the title was the most-anticipated game of 2015 in Korea. The North American version of the game will be released for iOS and Android devices later this year.

Strong interest for Raven began building when a teaser was released in December, leading to a frenzy of downloads at launch. Within a day of release, the game was already ranked #1 in app popularity on the Apple App Store. Within five days of release, Raven was the top grossing app in the Google Play Store.
